Bad point is the elevator, regularly used by the cleaning people or out of order. Hopefully there is another one but very crowdy.

My team and I appreciate receiving your feedback about our rooms, their amenities, and the service that we provide, which is valuable in continuously improving our quality. We are delighted that we have met your service expectations, as we continue to provide the highest standard of Cleanliness.We apologize for the inconvenience of waiting for the lift. During load shedding we can operate only one lift at a time. Unfortunately we also experienced a serious breakdown of the small lift which we had to wait for parts to arrive for over a week. This has been fixed now. Thank you for bringing to our attention about the housekeepers using the lift, this has been addressed. Independently owned and operated Zest Restaurant in partnership with our hotel offers not only Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner, but it has a fully equipped separate event and meeting venue, seating 45 persons, which can be booked for meetings, conferences, workshops, and private celebrations. Amazing stay - great rooms, location and staff
Publié le 31 juill. 2024 sur HotelsI absolutely loved this hotel. I meant to stay for 5 nights and ended up staying for almost two weeks. The rooms are spacious, well kept and super clean. The hotel is located in a great area within a walkable distance to the promenade, bars and restaurants. But what is best is the amazing staff who truly makes you feel welcome. Special thanks to Tamika who is a super star!

Publié le 19 mai 2024 sur HotelsLovely place to stay with 2 super grocery stores anf coffee shops downstairs and many restaurants and amenities in the area. The huzz-n-buzz in the area might put someone off, looking for a tranquil place to stay. But once in your spacious clean and neat room, with kingsize bed, coffee machine, bar fridge, microwave and TV, it's very pleasant.
