立地よく、部屋も綺麗でした。スタッフも親切で、相談したら親切に対応してくれました。レストランも利用しましたが美味しかったです。

Unsafe area
Publié le 26 mars 2024 sur HotelsFrom the moment I found parking out on the street I was made to feel unsafe. There were beggars knocking on the car window asking for money and food. At the entrance of the hotel the same thing. The area alone is down town and not safe to walk around.
When entering the hotel there was an atmosphere of nobody cares!!!
I asked about the parking that was “available” and was told there is a parking around the back which doesn’t belong to the hotel but we can park there at a cost. Firstly I’ve a rented car and secondly I wouldn’t park the car there as not sure if it will be there in the morning.
Anyways I took the knock and drove off and found a far better hotel where I was at ease knowing I was safe and also could walk around and not having to watch my back every 2 minutes.
I contacted the hotel and explained how I felt about the whole experience and wanted to see if I could get a partial refund. Answer was NO!!!
I’ll put this down to experience and in the future I’ll do more research before booking hotels.
