grande et grand lit .
le bar est sympa, petit déjeuner copieux en buffet
peut être un peu de rénovation mais c'était bien en terme de rapport qualité/prix

Nice location and close to the sites of interest
Publié le 13 oct. 2012 sur HotelsThe personel are very helpful and attentive. The hotel offers free internet at the restaurant and the bar which is a nice combination. Also very handy the red and blue buses for the hop-on-hop-off tours stop just in front of the hote.

Publié le 20 nov. 2010 sur ExpediaTout, de la gentillesse littéraliement maternelle des femmes de chambres en passant par la réception et surtout les chauffeurs de l'hotel, a contribué à faire de mon séjour un enchantement. L'hotel est merveilleux avec sa cour intérieure fleurie, le petit déjeuner est très copieux, le restaurant de l'hotel a des plats savoureux et originaux, le bar avec vue sur l'océan est une merveille. Que dire, j'ai été absolument enchantée et ne chercherai jamais d'autre hotel à Cape Town car être à la fois si protégé et si proche de la promenade et du centre ville, c'est un luxe que je rève de m'offrir à nouveau....

The service was excellent and very accommodating in every area for our stay….where to visit, best transportation to use, weather reports for the area we wanted to visit, delicious gourmet breakfast every day included with each night we stayed, the front desk and entire staff were very kind, the rooms and entire hotel was exceptionally clean and modern and the location was directly across the street from the Atlantic Ocean. It was great for long walks along the promenade overlooking the water. I will definitely stay there again. 5*’s for sure!

Fabulous staff and service!
Publié le 27 août 2024 sur HotelsWonderful hotel. Newly updated. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times. The breakfasts were incredible! There was a buffet, but order anything off the menu; fresh avocado, salmon, poached eggs. Limitless cappuccinos. The front desk was always there, as our personal concierge, making recommendations and reservations. Housekeeping services were available whenever we needed them. Free shuttle available to the V & A. The only negatives were the heater never worked in our room. They sent someone in every day and after 4 days, they brought us a space heater. The bathrooms were beautifully updated, but no counter space at all. They provided VIP tickets to the diamond museum which was very nice. A wonderful experience!

Excellent place to stay in Cape Town

Breakfast was absolutely wonderful and the view from the hotel, service, and amenities cannot be beat. I would 100% recommend this hotel to any friend thinking about traveling to Cape Town!
