comfortable stay away from the buzz
Publié le 7 mai 2024 sur HotelsLovely people, comfortable, outside hottub was fab, breakfasts made to order, really large bathroom. The only thing was the tech which doesn't work and needs to be ditched. It's a gimmick which doesn't add to the experience- not pleasant having music in the room going on in the middle of the night having had no explanation of what to do to stop it. All in all though very much to be recommended.

Location, amenities, decor and staff all absolutely perfect. Beautiful bathroom, fantastic breakfast and a wonderful wine cellar. Couldn’t have loved it more.

We really enjoyed our stay at TheLAB. Gerard and the team were fantastic, they went over and beyond to make our stay special. We forgot a bag and they went the extra mile to help us retrieve it. And, they helped us with dinner reservations at the last minute (we had no clue they went like hot cakes!). The whole team were lovely and everyone was so smiley. Looking forward to going back! Thanks again!

A nice and friendly place to stay, the wine bar has a variety of wines and the stuff is friendly. A place to feel like home. The restaurants are walking distance from here.

Beautiful, quiet hotel
Publié le 5 janv. 2024 sur HotelsWe've had a great stay here- all the staff are so friendly and helpful, the property is beautifully furnished and decorated, and having a pool to use (especially in summer) was the cherry on the cake. It's also wirhin walking distance to the town center. Would highly recommend staying at the LAB.

Loved the property, the concept, the shower and the service. Loved Franschoek in general and would definitely come back again
