Perfect for our stay in Capitola!
Publié le 9 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe loved this cute apartment for so many reasons! It was dog friendly, quiet and SO close to everything we wanted to do while visiting beautiful Capitola! We felt like a local and got to know the town as well as the surrounding towns nearby. On site parking was a huge perk and the apartment had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend for a couple and their furry friend. Thank you!

Loud traffic
Publié le 9 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayTraffic was loud, not the fault of Capitola Vista. Just a not for Vrbo clients. The room was very nice. The location was great. The only issue was jackholes with loud modified exhaust, only being forthright. Again the host has zero control over the issue. Next time I’ll bring earplugs

Capitola short stay
Publié le 21 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayProperty is clean and well equipped and a half block from Capitola villiage shops,restaurants and beach. Stayed here three nights with our poodle while our home wood floors were being sanded and refinished.
Only issue is that there are no dogs allowed on this beach. Otherwise everything great.

Publié le 7 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayEverything was perfect except for the noise from the street. The bedroom window in #2 faces the adjacent building. The adjacent building wall next door bounces the street noise right into the room.

I especially appreciated the fact that I accidentally came a day early and was promptly accommodated. Really saved the day. Thank you!!

Publié le 22 sept. 2022 sur HomeAwaywe love visiting Capitola. My husband and I enjoy the little village shops, the clean beach, the surf and sun. We've stayed many times, and even though everything about this property is new and in beautiful condition, I give three stars because it's located on the main drag. night and day cars speed up and down the broken down road in front of the living room windows and it sounds like you're on the freeway. you could keep the windows shut of course, and the noise isn't so bad, but there is no air conditioning so this tactic only works when it's cold outside. Had a wonderful time, just won't be staying here again
