Schöne ruhige Alleinlage
Publié le 10 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayWir sind als Familie dort gewesen, Betten ausreichend vorhanden und auch genug Platz für sie eigenen privaten Sachen. Die Kpche verfügt über einen Minibackofen, der problemlos Pizza und Toast bewältigt. Die Kaffemaschine ist typisch Italienisch und es gibt eine Waschmaschine (außerhalb des Hauses) Die Außendusche auch für uns das Highlight, die im Bad ist tatsächlich etwas klein, aber auch aussreichend. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Es war sehr ruhig und aufgrund der Größe der Insel ist natürlich alles gut erreichbar. Die Klimaanlage haben wir nicht benötigt, da wir im Oktober verreist sind und durch die guten Mückenschutzgitter Nachts die Fenster geöffnet lassen konnten. Super Aufenthalt! Und die Gastgeberin ist super nett und hat uns jederzeit beiseite gestanden (z.B. beim buchen der Fähre). DANKE

Proprietari gentili ma gestione delle pulizie carente, stoviglie incrostate da rilavare completamente ed a fondo. Poca elasticità e comprensione al check out.
Posto auto comodo. Globalmente un soggiorno positivo.

Siamo sinceramente spiacenti signora Ida che non ci abbia affatto avvisato personalmente che le stoviglie non erano adeguate perchè come abbiamo detto, al momento della vostro arrivo, saremmo stati disponibili per intervenire subito. Per altro è la prima volta che riceviamo lamentele sulle pulizie ma provvederemo a segnalare la distrazione che riteniamo imperdonabile. Per l'orario di check-out come comunicato è entro le 9.30, ma le signore delle pulizie si sono comunque rivelate gentili e pazienti nell'attendere la vostra uscita in ritardo rispetto all'orario.

Ottima posizione per stare tranquilli

Posizione ideale per chi vuole stare lontano dal caos.
Spiaggia vicina, centro di Capoliveri a pochi minuti.
Casa accogliente con giardino e terrazza esterna.
La doccia esterna comodissima.
Sicuramente se torneremo all'Elba torneremo qui.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt
Publié le 6 juill. 2022 sur HomeAwayGrundsätzlich haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt: schönes Haus, tolle Lage (600 mtr zu Fuss bis Strand; 300 mtr sind Luftlinie). herrliche überdachte Terrasse, Außendusche uneinsehbar und unser Familienhighlight zum (Ab-)Duschen. Lage zw. Porto azzurro und Capoliveri ist sensationell. Es passte alles, wenn man berücksichtigt, dass es "italienischer Standard" ist. Küche eher spärlich eingerichtet, keine Waschmaschine wie angegeben, Klimaanlage produzierte feuchte Luft: Filterwechsel nötig oder ist das so? Unsere Empfehlung an die Vermieter: Matrazenqualität überprüfen und Waschmaschine reinstellen oder aus Inserat entfernen. die letzten 3 Punkte führen zu 4 statt 5 Punkten.

Dear guest, the washing machine is located to the right of the parking lot in a room closed by the door on which a sign indicates that the washing machine is for the exclusive use of Villetta's guests. I am very sorry that you have not noticed it and therefore you have not been able to dare it!
