No room available on arrival

Booked a room through WOTIF 2 months in advance. When I arrived late in the afternoon with a reservation number, all rooms were fully booked and our room unavailable. We had to look elsewhere. Lucky for us, as it was school holidays, there was another available at another location. I'd recommend looking elsewhere on WOTIF if looking for a place to stay in Newman. Was not a good experience and they did not want to take ownership of the problem. Stay away.

Fire your cleaners

Admin Staff were lovely. Didn't meet others but room had not been cleaned and if had-fire the cleaner!. Also had cleaner walk in at 8am! -check-out is 10am...Just as I had got out of shower! Thank goodness I was dressed!! Everything would have presented well if room had been clean! Dirty floors/shower/walls and tissues under bed.....tend to put you off the rest!!

Travelling for 25 years in Australia we have never before found a room with just a hot water kettle, no tea no coffee, no toaster....Of course the staff suggested that we could get tea etc at the shop! Is this the new way of trying to get extra business??
