No internet or TV access
Publié le 26 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayThere was no available internet or TV. We were forced to go to a restaurant to watch the football game instead of staying at the condo like our initial plan. We spent much more than we anticipated by not being able to eat and watch football at the condo. There was no response from a real person for trouble shooting the issue. Instead we received repeated AI messages. Internet and TV access needs to be removed as an amenity for this listing.

We want to clarify that the property does indeed have both internet and TV streaming services available. However, we are limited in providing support for guests attempting to stream personal content from their own devices to the TV, as this often involves individual device settings and compatibility issues that are beyond the scope of our assistance.
We are always available to help troubleshoot any issues with the provided internet and TV services themselves, and we regret if our responses seemed impersonal or automated. We are continually working to improve our communication and support to ensure our guests have the best possible experience.
We value your feedback and will take it into consideration as we update our listing description to provide clearer information about the available technology and the extent of our support in this area.

Beautiful Condo and Great Location!

Publié le 23 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayWe loved our place! It was clean, decorated nicely, and the beds were very comfortable. It’s takes less than 2 minutes to walk to the beach! The beach was gorgeous, quiet and not crowded. The management promptly took care of any issues we had during our stay. We would definitely stay there again.

Nice place and great location
