Beautiful location at the tip of Captiva. The property was newly renovated and had beautiful views of the marina and the ocean. The pool was just outside the front door and only a 3-5 min walk to the beach. One important note I don’t feel was called out in the rental information: renters are not able to use any of the dining facilities in South Sarah’s Plantation, including food trucks, without purchasing a wrist band directly from South Seas. Closest outside restaurant or market is a 10min drive.

Publié le 24 juill. 2022 sur HomeAwayThe location was great. You are a short walk from the beach and the resort pool. Check in was seamless and definitely won me over with renting through VRBO. The property manager was great, constantly communicating all the details needed for our trip. We will definitely be back next year.

Great location for all the activities!

We were there for a wedding so it was close to all the activities for the wedding and east to walk everywhere. Just a short drive to docs or a store if you need anything. We had someone using the pull out and they provided bedding, however there is not very many pillows for the amount the place sleeps so may want to bring your own if you can. The pool was close and the beach. We didn’t do much cooking but the kitchen seemed well stocked. There was 5 of us and it was plenty of space I would rent this unit again if I return to Captiva!
