Nice place, good location
Publié le 26 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayOverall very nice. Wish the place had more storage (no dressers, closets). The balcony was beautiful. Close to beach. You could walk, but with a 4 yo, we decided to drive the couple minutes to the beach access. Everything was as expected. The pool was great.
We knew the elevator was not working. We also knew about the construction.

Wonderful Stay at South Seas
Publié le 19 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe loved our stay at the bayside villas in South Seas Captiva Island. Check in was a breeze, the property was as described and the accommodations were great. Obviously, the island is still very much in recovery mode after hurricane Ian but we knew that going in and adjusted our expectations accordingly.

Publié le 1 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayThe location was amazing from the moment you walk in the doors and see the view out over the mangrove and water. Watching the birds come and go and Osprey building nests was wonderful as was the sunrise coming in those windows. Walk to the beach is short to see sunsets. Watching the pelicans is always entertaining as is shelling and grabbing food at the mucky duck. Thank you so much for making such a lovely clean place available.Hard to leave.

It truly brings me joy knowing you were able to relax and appreciate the beautiful views of the mangroves, water, and wildlife. Sunrises over the water and sunsets on the beach sound like the perfect way to unwind. And who doesn't love watching the pelicans and grabbing a bite at the Mucky Duck?

Non working elevators, dirty, old furnishings, building was completely deserted

Very nice unit!
Publié le 18 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayUnit was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Pool area is excellent, and great beach is <5 minute walk away. Area is still something of a construction site, given hurricane recovery, but didn't affect our stay. Thanks!

Great condo!
Publié le 26 mai 2022 sur HomeAwayThe condo was very clean and was stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our stay! Sheets, towels, beach chairs, games and you can't beat staying at South Seas and this is a MUCH better value than booking through the resort!!
