Publié le 24 juill. 2022 sur HomeAwayCondo was as described, excellent location. We have been coming to South Seas for 15 years and love the resort. This is a convenient location to the Starbucks that we frequent and walking distance to many restaurants! Condo was clean and well equipped.

Areas for improvement

You won't sleep much here
Publié le 9 avr. 2021 sur HomeAwayThe property was dated. Furniture was stained, curtains were paper thin, old and dingy. Mattresses were terribly old and uncomfortable. The unit had a horrendous smell. We literally had to plug our noses for days. It made me feel sick. We were so excited to come on vacation and catch up on sleep, but instead we were very sleep deprived every night because the curtains didn't block out any light. There were huge bright lights outside the bedroom windows so it was literally like sleeping with the sun shining in your eyes. We found several dirty dishes with a lot of caked on food. Some of the "clean" towels had big ugly stains. I think it is just time to update some of the lines. Buy real curtains, make some cosmetic changes, and the place could be nice again. But I guess if people keep renting, it will not get updated and I can't blame the owners for that. I was surprised by the relatively good reviews of the place. On the positive side, the unit is nice for walking to tennis or restaurants. It was surprisingly quiet at night despite it being the height of spring break. Mostly all young families.

Publié le 21 janv. 2021 sur HomeAwayThe place was spotless! Well appointed kitchen with all of the things you would need to prepare dinner at home, although right across the street was great food! Plenty of towels and blankets and all that was needed. We had issues with the cable/internet over the Xmas holidays, so just make sure that has been resolved so if you're looking to 'work' while on holiday, the system is fast enough for you. As the information states on the listing, since you are renting thru a 3rd party, you can't use the trolley, or the beach chairs (we did!) or golf without the resort wristband. Pool was right out front of the unit and the balcony overlooked the ocean and pool and cool osprey nest- the birds were very entertaining! Felt very safe and comfortable there. I'd recommend!
