Le paradis sur terre

Très belle chambre dans un endroit paradisiaque!! Quelques moins négatifs: Dommage que les restaurants, trop peux nombreux, ne soient pas à la hauteur…. 25 dollars / jour et par personne de fee, ça s’est vraiment pas correct…

Property was good still a lot of construction going on to repair damage from the hurricane. Staff was very nice great service overall experience was nice and easy walkable to pool and the private beach.

AFTER confirming my non-cancelable booking, they sent me an email saying they have 'limited' facilities and some of the elevators may not work from time to time - Limited? No restaurants, portable toilets, nothing available except a bar at the pool Elevators? ALL the elevators are not working ALL the time - I am awaiting surgery for my knees - they made me walk up 4 flights of stairs carrying my luggage. The place looks more like a building site than a resort. AND - AND - they add a high 'Resort fee' to the bill then they add a 'property fee' Are you kidding me? There should be a DISCOUNT for the lack of facilities, lack of elevators, lack of consideration for paying customers. I will NEVER reeturn

As your comments note, our resort is still working to rebuild following the devastation of Hurricane Ian and we apologize if you were not aware of the current offerings. As is noted within other reviews, and on our own website, the resort is still abuzz with activity as we work to create the South Seas of tomorrow, though there is still much to be enjoyed on our two miles of beaches and throughout our 300 acres. We again apologize if you were not aware of our situation though we have taken great effort to be fully transparent as we understand this may not be for everyone. We trust you found our team happy to accommodate a change in rooms to something with less stairs and we hope you’ll one day reconsider and join us again as we would like nothing more than for you to be among the first to explore our new rooms and amenities as the updated resort makes its debut.
