Perfect Getaway

We enjoyed everything about the place. We would definitely come back and stay here again. It’s a piece of paradise. Easy walking distance to the restaurants and beach. Its such a beautiful, high end place so in keeping with that theme my only recommendation is to replace the frying pan, as it was all scratched and maybe upgrade a couple of the beach towels (they were very thin and scratchy).

Captiva Calm

A favorite since childhood, this was our first trip back to Sanibel/Captiva since Hurricane Ian and although the island is still healing and rebuilding, we had a wonderful time exploring and relaxing. Our villa unit in SS was perfect! Newly updated, full amenities, a five min walk to the gulf and multiple pools! We enjoyed exploring the island again, DingDarling, dinner at Mucky Ducks and the farmer's markets on Sun./Tues.... all amazing!! Rosen Vacations mgmt was such a pleasure to work with and communicated throughout our stay for seamless check-in/out process, updates and useful info. Look forward to returning soon!

Nice spot but needs better cleaners

We enjoyed our week on captiva and were so lucky to visit the week before IAN. When we got to the condo, we reached for a glass to have a glass of wine and the glassware was dirty - hadn't been put in the dishwasher - red wine stains, finger prints and even mouth prints. We corrected the problem by running a load of all glassware and utensils but not the welcome we wanted. Had an issue with one of the showers and both showers had mildew that needed to be attended to.

Not worth the money

Unit showing its age except for new kitchen. Upholstered furniture in living room was worn and dirty. Floors gritty. Pans were dirty and needed to be scrubbed. Lamp shades in bedroom were dusty. Mold in corners of shower. Bedspread and shams were splotched with blood on both sides. Contacted host who had housekeeping change linens. Refunded cleaning fee. Not worth the money spent. Thankfully didn’t spend much time inside.

Weekend of Wedding Planning

This condo was in a perfect location for us to get everywhere in the resort and in town by bike! We enjoyed a weekend of experiencing the beach, pool and local restaurants while finalizing plans for a wedding at the resort this fall. It was just right for what we needed.

Great Location

Easy access to beach, big pool, and shops/dining. The kitchen was beautifully remodeled and the patio was spacious. Bathrooms were small and not as nice as the kitchen but got the job done. We had a maintenance issue and Mr. Rosen had it fixed within no time with great communication. Wonderful stay.

I thought the management company were on top of things. We had problems with one of the bikes and they were there right away to fix it. Love the 9 foot slider door to the screen in porch. We hope to be back in the future. Great memories. Thank you
