Our Stay at The Bungalow
Posted Aug. 16, 2024 on HomeAwayClean. Within walking distance to the beach. Beach chairs and beach toys a nice touch. Good location. Quiet location.
The only thing missing are draperies on all of the windows. The sun shines through the sliding glass doors in the morning and makes it a little warm. Could probably save some money by putting up blinds to keep the sun out and not run the air conditioner constantly. All in all we had a lovely stay at The Bungalow in Captiva . Thank you.

Nice Property
Posted Apr. 28, 2024 on HomeAwayOur group was three women ages 55 to 84 and a 20 month old toddler.
Mostly a very positive experience, but it would have been nice to have sliding glass door blinds or draperies for privacy in the living room, as it faced the main house.
Also there were a lot of loose cords and cables in the living room which were enticing to a toddler.
Except for the stairs which were difficult for the 84 year old and toddler, we would definitely consider returning here.

So much beach, so little time!

If you like shelling, and we do, it is the perfect place to stay as you can even do some night shelling close to the house. We will be back for certain in the future!

Our much needed vacation!
Posted Aug. 13, 2023 on HomeAwayThe property more than met our expectations. Our host was friendly, knowledgeable and quick to respond to any needs or requests. We will definitely stay there if we are given the opportunity to come to Sanibel and Captiva again. We try to come every year to Sanibel.
