The property is beautiful! The house seems newly updated, It is very spacious and comfortable, the neighborhood is very quiet, and I loved that the pool is on the second floor, which gives it more privacy. The check-in process was super easy and the property manager extremely helpful. The only thing that I wish the house would’ve had was blinds or curtains in every bedroom. Some of the bedrooms were missing curtains/blinds.

The house itself is amazing and beautiful layout. Great for a large group. It is not quite yet a kid friendly home, so lots of supervision of our 3 year old throughout the vacation. Having a child safety gate in the outside deck area would make it safer for small kids. The dining room table and chairs were not in great shape, and it is made of heavy steel/metal. Two dining chairs were not usable so we could not all eat together at table. Looks like it would be better for outdoors. The chairs were so heavy so heavy and it were hard to move. The rug under dining room table seemed old too and is rolled upwards on all sides so our three year old tripped over it often. I would recommend replacing rug and dining room chairs. The kitchen was fully loaded and functional. The appliances definitely needs some upgrading, but were still usable, for example dishwasher and oven. Beds were very comfortable and having three bathrooms was great too. It was nice having the room near the pool to have grandma sleep quietly away from the main house. The pool was clean and lots of deck area space. Lots of beach supplies. The house managers were so great and attentive. Ally replied to every text and communicated effectively with us which was nice. The location of the home was great too and short ride to beach. Overall, besides the little issues, we enjoyed our stay!
