Amamos ficar na Pousada Paradise, um verdadeiro paraíso! A pousada é linda, o staff do check-in é super educado e cordial. Tem uma piscina super gostosa com piscina infantil. O café da manhã é completíssimo e muito farto. Fica pertinho da praia do Indaiá, que é ótima pra crianças. A pousada tem uma equipe de recreação muito animada, meu filho amou brincar com os tios. Já queremos voltar!

Quarto limpo, colchão confortável, café da manhã completo e fresco, área infantil com cuidados redobrados nas quinas, funcionários gentis, tudo funcionando, só o estacionamento que é rotativo mas deixamos o carro em frente. Volto em breve!! Recomendo!!

Parking is on-site as long as there is room available, Staff were generally friendly and helpful. Comfort in room was poor, beds were old and generally my back was more sore in the mornings on getting out of the bed. There was an extra mattress slid under the bed where the center leg for the base was missing. The rooms were FULL of beds - so acces to the small veranda was only possible when a single bed was stacked onto another. Breakfast was fine, but only available from 7:30 am. Surrounding area was a little rough, and nightly a local vigilante would patrol on his motorbike sounding a siren type horn to let the bad people know that he was around - at the same time waking the residents.

Tive problemas no quarto, banheiro entupido e vazando água. Falaram que não tinham quarto para trocar e que a solução era aguardar o técnico pela manhã e passar a noite sem usar o banheiro. Depois de muita discussão e estresse, encontraram outro quarto.

Me hospedei no apartamento 48 no prédio novo. Havia uma obra no apartamento de cima tirando o meu sossego, uma batucada que tirava qualquer tentativa de descanso. O ventilador não usamos por conta do Barulho parecendo que a qualquer momento ia despencar. Funcionários sempre cordiais e atenciosos. No restaurante, as moças que trabalham lá, nos atenderam bem e serviram almoço fora do horário de abertura das refeições. Sempre me hospedo e recomendo. Hotel paradise já virou point da minha família em Caraguatatuba

Minha estadia foi impecável. O local é bem próximo da rodoviária e da praia. Pra mim que fui de ônibus foi perfeita a localização. O ambiente também super agradável, organizado e limpo. Voltaria mais vezes.

Fiquei decepcionado... O hotel é bom. O quarto é ótimo, lugar agradável, porém, o estacionamento rotativo é péssimo. Paguei caro por uma estadia de dois dias para ter q deixar meu carro na rua por que nunca tem vaga suficiente... Isso é um ponto a ser considerado por que se roubarem o carro na frente do estabelecimento dificilmente o hotel ajudará... Outro ponto q serve de atenção é na questão do atendimento. Sábado fui jantar no restaurante e eles demoraram incríveis 1 hora para fazer um omelete que é um prato simples, sendo que, o local estava vazio...Demoraram tanto que eu quase desisti depois de tanto reclamar, outro detalhe não sabiam preparar os drinks, tanto é que eles demoraram tanto e não me entregaram... E eu desisti da bebida, tive q comer sem bebida. Fui reclamar e cada hora ouvia uma coisa diferente, seja da recepção, do restaurante, e por aí vai... Sinceramente, vou pensar duas vezes antes de escolher essa hotel... E acho que vocês deveriam pensar bem antes de ir lá, até que eles melhorem o atendimento... Fica minha sugestão / reclamação

A estadia em si foi boa, porém tivemos com problema no quarto, onde o Ar não estava funcionando, e nos mudamos para outro quarto, onde nesse estava sem água, e tivemos que tomar banho em outro quarto.
