Gute Unterkunft in CarCar City

Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal.Das Zimmer hat alles nötige und ihr habt super gutes warmes Wasser. Endlich hatten wir schnelles und stabiles Internet. Es gab such einen tollen Begrüßungskorb...Nur Essen sollten Sie nicht offen stehen lassen,da es Ameisen anzieht.

Great customer service served with a smile

I came to stay at this hotel as my family live nearby. This small property is tucked away just off the main road in Carcar, and reminds me of the townhomes in America. Our room was small but since we opted for the economy room, it was a good bang for buck. It also had everything we needed; bed, dinette, full restroom with hot shower, and A/C for when you need to get out of the heat. Where this place shines is the customer service. The staff was kind, friendly, and always smiling. They kept checking on us to see if we needed anything, which was comforting. They are also very knowledgeable of the area so getting directions was simple. There is also is also a very delicious breakfast served daily that is homemade. It is a full course meal with full service staff served outside under the pavilion that felt like the royal treatment. Romantic like as well. We also got the tasty basket with free bottled water. There aren’t many tourists attractions in Carcar but don’t be afraid to stay here when tourist area is full on the southern side of the island as there are local services nearby to take you down to have a good time. We will be staying here again in the near future.

Thanks Judas for your sweet Review. Our goal is to provide the best customer service that we possibly can. Yes, we tried to offer guests a comfortable feeling almost like the Vacation Houses in Orlando, Florida and we aim and we try have it like Disney" which is "Customer Satisfaction". I love Disney because I am always Happy when I get out of that park and that is what I like all of our guests to experience in our Hotel as well during and after Stay. Nice room near several hubs of activity, on-site staff provided us with excellent native foods breakfasts two of our mornings there... real treats! Additionally, a welcome basket full of fruit and local confections as well as complimentary drinks greeted our arrival.

Booby trap!!!

First of all who will make u pay deposit that's 400% of what u paid for a room. We paid P916 for a night but their deposit is P5000!! The room is good for 4 adults and 3 kids. So if u exceed the number of people that the room cab accommodate, that's the time that u can pay for additional person. When i booked the room automatically it will default to 2 occupants. I tried changing it to 3 and its the same amount. So when i booked the room i dint changed the occupants coz anyways it's the same amount that we will be paying. But they let us pay additional P300 coz i only booked it for 2 people. It's not even in their terms that we need to pay for additional people staying more than 2 for a room that's good for 4 adults. It was a booby trap! If i were u, look for other place to stay where u dont need to pay P5000 for a deposit and not a misleading ad.
