Hotel has AC, but rooms not individually controlled & bit warm by US standards. Beds comfortable, food delicious. Surrounding town great to explore!

The gardens and surroundings were fantastic. Had a great short 4 day break. Would recommend it.

We couldn't find a taxi once we arrived at the train station,but one phone call to the hotel and the reception staff sent us a chauffeur within minutes.
The hotel is absolutely stunning! The garden and pool area are a must. The room was spacious and had a beautiful view of the garden. Breakfast had a great selection. There are many dining options near by as well as shopping. The basilica is next door and the Castle Comtal just a few feet away. The only regret I have is only staying one night...

We truly loved everything about our stay. The staff were top notch and very kind. History and beauty surround you without needing to leave the hotel, although I suggest you do! We were fortunate to have dinner at their Michelin Star (1) restaurant. A must for foodies.

Probably the best hotel i’ve ever stayed in (and i’ve stayed in a lot). My upgrade was to the most amazing suite with a terrace the size of a tennis court overlooking the city walls. The attention by staff was next level. The food, drinks, gardens, pool, all superb. I don’t think i’ve ever been so enchanted by a place. Cannot recommend this place enough, it’s like stepping into another enchanted world.
