Great experience overall. Property could use some light maintenance but service was great.

staff was excellent as was our room. loved the town and would recommend two night stay.

The location of the rooms in a private courtyard was outstanding.

Its a great place to stay when you want to visit Carcassone and be inside the walls. The hotel gardens was very nice. The only issue with the room was the carpet and the toilet (very low seat and toilet water splashed onto the seat when you flushed).
