A gem in Carcoar

Our room was spacious and well appointed, the bed was very comfortable, and extra touches like quality towels were much appreciated. Our hosts were friendly and informative. The whole experience was delightful.

Owner was very friendly. The balcony was in a very poor condition the outside furniture was in disrepair and there were lots of spiderwebs everywhere.

Exactly what a rural B&B should be.. Charming historic location, very comfortable, friendly welcoming owners very knowledgeable about the historic district

The whole stay was wonderful. We really felt we chose well. Phil and Ellen were warm, welcoming, generous with everything from breakfast to information and stories. Location was perfect and everything was wonderfully comfortable and delightful.

We had a wonderful few days. Carcoar is a beautiful village. Our accommodation at Stoke House was great and just a short stroll to town. Ellen and Phil were so friendly and gave us lots of information about what to see and do both in Carcoar and other local places. A very hearty breakfast that kept us going all day!

Nice place but.....
Publié le 16 nov. 2020 sur HotelsThis property is looking a little “tired” and needs to be spruced up quite a bit. Hosts were lovely people but I think they are a little bit past the running of such an establishment. Carcoar however is a lovely little hamlet and well worth visiting.
7 out of 10 for us.

Lovely B&B, kind helpful friendly owners, well located in Carcoar. Only downside is there are very limited food venues in the town.
