On checking in we were given a room on the 4th floor, we went to the room which can only be described as stuck in the 80’s the most awful room I’ve seen. On complaint we were given floor 6. Marginally better! Let’s just say never again!

Air-conditioning set to winter even if it is warm outside. Not possible to adjust since it is pre set. Only option is to switch it off and open the window and hope it does not rain and the seagull stay quiet.

Clean and comfortable, great location in the City Centre. Staff were all polite and helpful, only negative is that the hotel is a little dated in areas.

Very well treated on arrival - one of us was recovering from surgery and not feeling great - we were treated with kindness and given a better room. The downside was the restaurant - slow service for dinner early in the evening and very poor quality hot food on the buffet at breakfast. Having said that we'll probably stay there again as the hotel is handy for city centre venues and usually has parking available.

Hot water taps were easily acess to kids and its very hot and you cant get the hot water and cild water balance no matter jow you try.AC were not working properly.not good for a family or either for vaccation.did not enjoy at all.staffs were good

The hotel on the whole is ok, the public areas are nice and the service is good but this hotel is let down with the dated rooms. The rooms have poor fixtures and fittings, and the room I had was unsuitable for the modern traveller (two plug sockets).
