Lit très confortable, chambre très agréable.
Il n'y a pas d’ascenseur.
Au petit déjeuner, le cuisinier vous prépare réellement votre repas.
Avec une Suite, la salle de bain est très bien mais à l'étage, donc la nuit il faut monter pour utiliser les toilettes.

Thank you for your feedback, we are delighted that you enjoyed Lanelay Hall. We would love to welcome you back in the near future and some suites do have suites with same level bathroom.

As soon as we arrived at the hotel we were made to feel very welcome. I had informed the hotel that we were there to celebrate my husbands birthday, and when we got to our room they had dressed t especially for us, which was beautiful. Service, and food was amazing, and will definitely be returning. Thankyou to all the staff.

Room noises from bedroom above, could hear people walking around room and using bathroom.
A gap of @ 1 inch at bottom of main door.
Shower water was not hot barely warm.
Bathroom no bath, was given a room with disabled bathroom facilities, not what we wanted.
Went to reception when we were given room to see about changing and was told they were fully booked so couldn’t change we felt short changed having chosen a deluxe room that was frankly basic. I would not recommend your hotel & would definitely not return

Disappointed there was no food available at lunchtime in the bar after having been directed there from reception.

Can't swim in it. Water poured thru ceiling in spa during storm. . If u pay for night stay the outdoor jacuzzi is £25pp for one hour this is only between hours of 5pm - 6pm. I have looked forward to staying here for long time. Wish I never bothered. The large gap in bedroom door frame u could hear people go back to room and their conversations. I will not return nor will I recommend as part of my travel agent business.
