First night was ok, but the second night was horrible. Some kind of reception was running in the hotel and the music was so loud I could hear it in my room (third floor) until at least midnight. Don't go to this hotel!

Dear Mathieu,so nice from you to give us a 2/5 but one question, if you couldn't sleep why not making contact with our 24h reception so we can resolve your problem ? We do allocate our rooms carefully when an event happen in our hotel to don't disturb our guest.Wishing you the best in the futur.

Magnifique hôtel situé en centre ville, à 2 pas des sites touristiques et des magasins. Quelques petits progrès à faire en terme de propreté de la salle de bain sinon tout le reste était parfait !!!

Clean and professional hotel for the one night stay we needed. Very close to where we needed to be and an easy walk to the train station. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

Good hotel for business in Cardiff

We had to ask the reception to deal with very loud music that someone was playing in their room late at night, which meant it was head to get to sleep. Then there was an early morning fire alarm, which meant an earlier than planned wake up call on a Sunday. The room was fine although dusty, there was no bottled water, and the pillows were very hard. Bed comfy though and staff friendly. They dealt well with the fire alarm.
