Razoável mas não é ótimo!

Hotel bom mas não incrível! O atendimento da recepção foi mediano mas o atendimento do restaurante e cozinha foi incrível! O café da manha é razoável. Achei o banheiro do quarto ruim, o chuveiro era péssimo, ou agua mto quente ou fria. Nao tinha frigobar no quarto nem copa para esquentar comida do bebê, eu estava viajando com criança pequena mas eles guardaram na cozinha principal, mas isso não é o ideal! Resumindo: esperava mais da rede!

Location was good, staff lovely but room dirty, toilet had never seen bleach and bed badly made so sheets kept coming away showing a disgusting mattress, had a sofa bed but no spare bedding for it Communal areas were lovely

Good quality hotel, room warm and comfortable. Lovely breakfast and very friendly and helpful breakfast staff.

Used my last Hotels.com reward voucher and still feel i paid too much! The room was dated, broken shower, broken draws. Safe not working. Unhelpful reception staff. Wont be rushing back!

Solid and reasonable hotel for city centre

Overall, hotel is great. Good location, nice staff and good facilities. There was a slight delay in checking in and some of the facilities were temporarily closed unfortunately when we arrived.

The gym wasn’t as advertised and had no cardio machines in at all. The bathroom absolutely stank of dirty drains.

Thank you Krista for your comments following your stay. The 'Cardio Gym 'is next to the changing facilities with a large sign above the door, I am sorry you missed this. Apologies for any bad odour in the bathroom, this is not the standard of cleanliness we strive towards.
