Publié le 9 août 2024 sur HotelsFor the price, it is decent place to stay. Right next to city centre and a large park. I got the studio apartment, it gets quite warm in there when I visit. The extractor fan isn't quite strong enough to cool the room. The bathroom is tidy enough but the drain was blocked so shower tray fills up with water and when I arrived the face towel supplied are lying on the wet floor...

Perfectly nice enough

It was a great area, walkable to the city centre and Cardiff Castle. Room was nice and spacious, good for 2 people. The only downside was that there was no AC and the fan that was provided barely worked so it was very warm in the room. As we were on the ground floor, by opening the window it didn’t help at all as it was covered from outside so there was no ventilation.

1. The fridge was freezing the food
The second we couldn’t close the freezer
The are giving only one roll of toilette paper for a family of 4
The main door of the building is not locked so every one can get inside check out time is 1100 so why the cleaning man arrives at 1030
The location is great
