Room very tidy and very convenient to get to the restaurant

Fairly typical of a pub-chain motel these days. It was antiseptically clean and devoid of character. That is sometimes not a bad thing after a few days in a run-down seaside guest house with lots of 'character'.
Nice powerful shower in the en-suite with wonderfully soft water.
Food was as I would expect and they do a good job here.
Public transport seemed to be non-existent, as were most minicab services. It's a long, steep walk down to the town and a tough walk back the other way!

Lovely quaint inn. Good restaurant. Very friendly staff. Chepstow racecourse and Tintern Abbey are a quick bus ride away. Walk to Chepstow castle and charming town centre. Prepare for hills though. Especially from the train station. Will come again for sure. Lovely place.

The reception I got from the staff in the restaurant on book in was truly fantastic and the room didn’t disappoint.
The room itself, let’s describe it as a typical Premier Inn room but everything about it just has this different touch. The decoration makes it very bright in the room which instantly makes it feel bigger.
I would recommend this place to anybody!
