Fantastic Normandie Base for visiting the Beaches and Museums

The house is well taken care of, clean, perfectly located and wonderfully decorated. It is a great home and an excellent central location for a Normandy vacation.

Perfect
Posted Oct. 10, 2023 on HomeAwayWe couldn't have been happier with our accommodation in our stay in Carentan. The property was spacious, clean, well equipped and in a perfect location, being within a short walk to the Town Centre. The host Delphine was there to greet us on arrival and was very friendly, giving us all the information we needed. We came as a family of eight on a trip to visit the Normandy beaches, cemeteries and museums - this was a perfect base to do all of the above. With the unseasonably hot weather in mid-October, we even had a bar-be-q in the charming back garden, making use of the ample outdoor seating and facilities. The games room to the front of the house with a pool table and football table saw plenty of use and was a great addition for some evening entertainment. This was a perfect stay for us and I couldn't recommend the property highly enough. Thank you Delphine.

Perfect lodgings.
Posted Jun. 23, 2022 on HomeAwayWe had a wonderful, relaxing stay in the comfortable and spacious house. Lovely garden and ponds. We had B-B-Q on 2 nights as the weather was spectacular. Nearby marina has a great restaurant. The house is within easy driving distance of beaches, towns and Mon San Michel.
Highly recommend the house. Thank you to Madam Delphine for your kindness and hospitality. Merci beaucoup.

Wonderful Host, Wonderful Property

The property was exceptional and well described and very reasonably priced
The location was close to the town centre and also close to supermarkets all with in walking distance.
We will definitely stay here again

Wonderful Normandy Stay
Posted Oct. 8, 2019 on HomeAwayThis is a very nice property for families or groups traveling in the Normandy area. We were a group of six seniors and were very comfortable in the property. The wifi is a little weak, but still functions. The Normandy beaches are an easy drive and the many little villages are picturesque. Daphine was a wonderful hostess and provided great recommendations on local attractions. There're town markets in one or more villages every day and they are great for food and local wares. I would highly recommend this property.
