Choice Hotels, as well as all the major hotel brands, has modified their breakfast procedures as part of their Covid-19 response. Now that the Covid-19 crisis has passed, a modified breakfast has returned and it will look a little different than in the past. The bed was a box built frame with a mattress , very uncomfortable. The bathroom very tiny had to leave door open, and toilet very low. Noisey bathroom fan. Continental breakfast consist of waffles, toast ,muffins, yogurts ,pastry coffee and juice no meat

Shower was not clean. We saw several bugs in the room. Bathroom only had 2 towels/washclothes for the three of us. The "hot breakfast" not good.

The television remote didn't work. Someone came to help, she didn't help. There was no way to operate it without the remote. The water in the bathtub couldn't be shut off completely, it more than trickled all the time.

The stay was great, other than the check-in process. When I arrived, I was told that my credit card was denied. That's not true. I paid in full with my credit card at the time I booked, over 7 months ago. Do I need to bring a copy of my credit card statement when I check-in? REDICULOUS.
