Great little place
Publié le 21 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayNice, small older home with lots of character. An iron and ironing board would have been welcomed. Travelers live out of luggage, which famously produces wrinkles in everything. Great place to stay and the bed is super comfortable!

Thank you for your feedback and it was certainly a pleasure to meet you in person. Hoping you had a successful class reunion! I do provide a steam iron that would of been sitting on the shelf where all the laundry items are sitting. Perhaps you missed it? I do not have an ironing board there, but will certainly take your advice in getting one. Thank you again for selecting our home for your stay during your visit to Carlsbad. Donny was super communicative and checked in with us to make sure all was going well. The neighborhood was quiet, and there was a nice little park just steps away. If we return to the are we will definitely come back to this place.

It had a nice AC that cooled the house very comfortably and the bed was very comfy. The neighborhood was quiet and Donny the host was very accommodating. The communication with checking in and directions to the house were very helpful.Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves while visiting the area (Living Desert State Park and quirky Roswell)

Clean and cozy

Great base for seeing two US National Parks

Great Little House in Great Location
Publié le 18 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayWe stayed here for 14 days during a work transition and it became our home away from home. This house was perfect for our needs while we stayed in Carlsbad. It is clean, has a fully stocked kitchen with utensils and cookware, and the washer and dryer is a huge help/blessing. The host, Donny, is super friendly, helpful, and communicative. The house is located next to two parks in a quiet neighborhood, but close to everything. We will definitely stay here again next time through and highly recommend it to others.

Relaxing, quiet.

House is small, but didn't feel it, and had everything we needed. Also, in a nice quiet neighborhood, with a pretty church opposite. Donny, the host, checked in via text frequently to make sure everything was going well. Thank you.
