Publié le 12 oct. 2024 sur HotelsThey were under repairs which they notified us of only a week before arrival. Room wifi was down all week. Neighbor noise was too much. Instructions on housekeeping were misleading as it did not include the hotel only the condominiums.

We did experience an unexpected Hotel WiFi outage which has been resolved.We will be addressing the misleading collateral regarding housekeeping service so we do not experience this for future reservations.

we had a room with a kitchen, but the refrigerator in it is very small, the pool is not as cool as described, very small, the jacuzzi is not hot but barely warm, the balcony in the room is connected to the neighbors and you can go to their room or they to our room! There was a restaurant nearby where they constantly shout. It was so loud that it was impossible to sleep.
