Room was not cleaned daily, as had to request towels daily.

Has great underground parking. Once you've parked you don't have to get back into your car until it's time to go home. Lots of shopping and restaurants that are all walkable to. The hotel provides beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels. The pool is very small and flooded with children. Nice adult jacuzzi for 18 & over. Not enough sitting room for hanging out on grass area after dinner. But I still love this place

In the heart of Carlsbad Village and steps from the beach. It’s an easy walk to shopping and dining. Property is definitely dated. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Favorite place to stay in north county. Fabulous grounds, huge jacuzzi, nice pool, right near the beach, close to.shops and restaurants.

I liked the location the most. Close to shops, restaurants and beach. What I didn't like was that the bathroom floor needs scrubbing. The windows and sills need a good cleaning and screens need to be repaired. On our arrival on July 22nd the girl at front desk was rude.

There was a mixup with the room I wanted. I was down graded. Tho they gave me a discount and threw in another room that I didn’t get to use which I felt I should have gotten a Discount for another time to utilize the mix up. Or get the additional room at another date to utilize their apologies.

All was great. Lots of shopping and dining close by. Beach was a 2 minute walk. Awesome!
