Just what we needed

Very nice and comfortable

Very clean and a safe neighborhood
Publié le 29 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayMy sister and I stayed here for 5 nights. Very safe neighborhood away from the train tracks but close to everything by auto. The home was very clean and well equipped, other than ice trays. With four bedrooms and 2 baths, great for a family or couples. Outside patio was great for taking in the afternoon sun. Very private. Appreciated the fact that there was sufficient seating both inside and out for the house bedroom count.
There was one comfort height toilet which was great for us seniors.
While the house and furnishings were clean, they were a bit blah. Hoping for something more contemporary.
Loved Carlsbad! Hope to return.

Legoland Get Away

Plenty of room for 3 Adults and 3 children ages 3, 4 and 6 House was clean and beds very comfortable. Nice large dining room table and kitchen was well equipped. Having a single story was great with the kids.

Carlsbad Casa
Publié le 1 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayHouse is well furnished and comfortable. However if you are still a cable TV person like us you will be frustrated by the Roku TV. You can not access many channels unless you have access to a streaming service and the Roku channels had programs we’d never heard. To relax in the evening we had to watch old episodes of Rockford files.

Family reunion
Publié le 18 août 2023 sur HomeAwaySuper close to our family reunion home in Carlsbad. Loved this home with beautiful yard. Able to park our motorhome in driveway too. Had all we needed. No AC, but little water cooling fans provided were just enough. Enjoyed every moment of our stay!

Great house, great location, very quiet
Publié le 18 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe enjoyed our stay, it was very warm and the house does not have air conditioning, a few fans, could use more for the hot weather. Main bedroom does not have a closet although one could use the hall closet. I don't think the electricity was upgraded with the remodel because the dining room fixture flickering with one hair dryer running. Everything worked fine and the house did cool down with the front window and sliding door to the backyard open.
