The staff were great. The family room was clean and included amenities we needed for a comfortable and wonderful stay. The swimming pool was well maintained. It was walkable to Legoland.

Great location, but cleanliness of room is ok

Great location and amenities. The following needs improvement: More towel hooks in the bathroom needed, cabinet pulls were dirty, all the cereal bowls still smelled of raw eggs even after dishwashing them all before use.

The place was dirty and not well maintained. The outside floors were cracked and worn out. Facility showed that it is old and not well maintained. The shower was cold and did not warm up at all.
