While the property and staff were great, the soccer team on site made the stay miserable. From blocking entrances, running up and down hallways, dribbling balls until midnight, and taking over common areas we were more than disappointed with our stay. While I know staff has little control over who stays, I feel they could have done more to enforce quiet hours, the running around late at night, and especially the dribbling of the balls in top floor rooms. Two calls to the front office and nothing improved.

Thank you for the feedback. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the team. This information has been relayed to the coaches and chaperones of the team. The hotel did attempt several times to quiet them down after 10pm. This team will not be welcomed back.

Awesome Hotel for Legoland
Publié le 8 oct. 2024 sur HotelsCheck inn was awesome, the guy working was super nice, the room was clean and quiet, the hotel offered a awesome breakfast that had a lot of options, Definitely a money saver.

We always enjoy staying here and this two night stay was no exception. A great hotel with nicely decorated rooms and comfortable beds. Breakfast is far better than the usual hotel standard and the staff here are really friendly. Shame we couldn’t give a perfect score as the lock failed on our first room so we had to change, and then upon arrival in the second room, the fridge had not been emptied and there was rotting food in an old take out box.
