The people at the front desk were very friendly. The facility is in need of a remodel. Their chairs and cushions in the restaurant are falling apart. Also, there are stains on the furniture in the restaurant.

Comfortable but no free breakfast
Comfortable. Friendly staff. One major issue for me is I book a hotel months in advance and I don’t always remember whether breakfast is free. Staff who check you in need say whether breakfast is free. I specifically ask about the hours of breakfast. Staff gave me the hours, but then said nothing. They need to say it. It is on them, not us.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were nice. The room was clean. The hotel was quiet. The parking lot was easy to find parking in and the surrounding area was safe. The breakfast was delicious and we appreciated that kids get to eat free. It also is just a short drive to Legoland which is why we chose this hotel.
