La Cueva House

Lots of wear and tear on the property (loose towel holders and outlets that were completely disconnected from the wall that we had to warn our children about). The property manager was very kind. I felt like the price was very steep for what we got and the fees made it outrageous.

Great stay in friendly Carlsbad neighborhood!

It allowed the kids space to spread out and relax after a long drive to Carlsbad, as well as after some long days visiting both Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe Mtns NPs. The proximity was great for both. The home perfect for preparing meals as well, with everything needed on hand. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Very clean and pleasant stay
Publié le 17 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayWe loved our stay here. It was very clean and comfortable. The kids said the beds were comfortable and we really had no issue. Just a solid rental experience. We hit 3 national parks in 3 days - Carlsbad, Guadalupe Mountains, and White Sands. Highly recommend if you stay here. White Sands is a 3 hour drive but we found the timing to be great for a day trip and was the kid’s favorite experience.

Comfortable stay
Publié le 30 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayLocation close to groceries, restaurants, gas. Home clean and tidy, some groceries left behind from previous visitors. Toiletries. Towels, detergent, cleaning supplies available.
Only issue was that showers didn’t drain properly.
Overall great, comfortable stay. Property owner very attentive and available to answer questions.
