Hotel juste convenable

Piscine fermee pour la saison sans que ce soit dit et malgre les 30 degres dehors.
Insonorisation insuffisante (on entend la route tres passante et la clim des voisins !).
Lits tres mous.

Bruyant. Chiens, camions ventilation il y a des motels 6 qui sont mieux.

Constant knocking from 6-10 am

Had to stay up to get some work done and was woken up early around 6 and had a knock on the door every hour until 10. Checkout was not until 11 and i was planning to get up and be out by 10:30, but was left extremely annoyed when housekeeping became a nuisance. I understand they like to get the rooms cleaned as quickly as possible but we had told them that we would leave around check out just to have them knock again on the hour until we ended up leaving just to be done with it.

They have the best staff, always welcome people with open arms never snooty and housekeeping is on point. Not the best rooms but definitely the best people you could ever be around in Carlsbad
