Terrible service
Publié le 12 août 2024 sur HotelsWhen we arrived we were told there was an issue with their system transferring our reservation from their PMB into their system. We waited over 45 minutss. After this time we were told that the mistake resulted in they had no rooms for us. After going online and seeing rooms available she magically found 1 king bed room (we had booked a 2 bed suite) but had no rooms for our next night. When i showed her online showed they had rooms she magically found a room the next night but id have to move out of my room at 11 and check back in to a new room the next day and have no room for 5 hours. After two hours of this and being lied to by management we left and will never come back. This would habe been our 5th stay at the property.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way. The experience was truly top-notch.
In addition to the cleanliness, the hotel's facilities were impressive. The dining options were excellent, with a wide variety of delicious dishes served in a clean and inviting setting. The staff across the hotel were consistently friendly, professional, and eager to assist with any request.
Overall, if you're looking for a hotel that offers top-notch service and an exceptionally clean environment, this place is a fantastic choice.

If you ask me, this hotel is NOT worth your money. I stayed one night with my family and played golf at the site.
1. severely overpriced
- hotel room was ok. Clean, Had things I needed, but quite small and nothing special about it. It's not worth well over $500 though.
- They charged me $380 for a round of golf. Yet I wasn't even allowed to go on the fairway with my cart except 3 holes. I'll explain below more.
2. Finding the proper building to check in
- Their property is quite large with scattered villas and other buildings. There was no sign visible from my direction that points to front desk. So I looped around here and there and then found the sign pointing to front desk and lobby. Well it was facing the opposite way of the street that people enter. No wonder I couldn't find it. Such a simple thing to make it right but well.. I don't know what to say. When I complained about it to valet boys and front desk, they didn't admit it but I could tell they already got more than enough complaints.
3. Check in
- check in was at 4pm. So I arrived 30 minutes before. The room wasn't even cleaned. They checked me in 4:15pm. 4pm is already quite late check in and they can't even make it in time. Shame on them.
4. golf
- They claim world class golf course. Well the course was managed well. Staff were nice enough.
- For the price I paid, I expect more convenience and less disappointments. Only after they checked me in and gave me a cart, they told me no cart's allowed on fairway.

Upgrade was a downgrade.
