Motel décevant. Mauvais rapport qualité/prix
Publié le 21 sept. 2022 sur HotelsCette établissement est très décevant. Les lits ont des matelas à ressorts qui grincent et sont très inconfortables. Le prix est exhorbitant étant donné le confort. 225 dollars la nuit

Nice staff, but this place really needs to step up their game when it comes to cleanliness. The bathroom was not clean, the toilet was dirty even though it had the “sanitized” band around it, mirror had prints all over, sink was dirty. We had ants in the bathroom. Sheets had holes in them.

Rude, especially the bedding, sheets, and blanket, or not queen there were still things from the person before the belongings left in the sheets and blankets. Staff which is also owner manager rude would not admit to being a manager so I called from the parking lot looking at him and ask for the manager and he says hello I am the manager. Stay away at all costs in fact, purposely drive by it just so you can leave it. It’ll be your best move.

Sir, first of all you were smoking by the room door which is not acceptable, your dog pooped everywhere on the property. after staying one night you start argue about other hotel price so we dont match other hotel price and you started cursing us for not being cooperative when there is nothing to match an being cooperative. sorry for the experience .

I've stayed at my share of budget Motels before and would rate this below a Motel 6. There was no one at the front desk for check in at 7PM on a Thursday night and had to wait about 15 minutes.
Room itself was clean and had a refrigerator, microwave and air-conditioner.
Room itself was stuffy and the air conditioner was louder than a Motel 6 AC. The bed was on a weird frame that would make a loud banging sound when getting on/off or moving too much which kept waking my 4 year old up when she was able to sleep with the loud AC. Refrigerator was also noisy. Lets not forget the train tracks are close by and we had a train go by in the middle of the night waking us up yet again.
Let's not forget they give the TV remotes at check in and mine didn't work.
We did not sleep much the 2 nights we were there and were completely exhausted on our Legoland Adventure.
Location is nice but that's all I can say I enjoyed.

Very poor motel.

I previously trusted Hotel.com’s rating but now I’m thinking differently. Might start using other hotel booking pages due to the lack of trust I have in that website. Sorry but just being honest.
