Motel décevant. Mauvais rapport qualité/prix
Publié le 21 sept. 2022 sur HotelsCette établissement est très décevant. Les lits ont des matelas à ressorts qui grincent et sont très inconfortables. Le prix est exhorbitant étant donné le confort. 225 dollars la nuit

Treated terribly by staff. Threatened by maintenance worker. Dirty room. TV didn’t work. No closets. Noisy. Bed was old and squeaky. Just a terrible place. Total ripoff.

you have taken out all the TV cables to fix the issue when there was no issue in TV so the staff told you to put it back as it was as it could change all the settings with direct tv so if you got offended for minor thing like then, we apologize for behaviors and welcome you back with free upgrades.

Ive stayed here many times and was satisfied but this time was terrible. The floor was filthy i couldnt walk barefoot on it and the towels were heavily previously stained with a grey material. Gross. I dont know if you get worse customer experience because you have a dog but they charge $35 a night exyra to stay in a room with filthy floors and stained towels.

Its the policy to charge 30 for staying in the same room if you have the reservation instead you come directly to the fronts desk for extending the stay.

Ooh, that smell
