Had I read the reviews on this property, I would not have chosen it. The room I had for the 2 of us was a large room with a full kitchenette. However, as we walked in, the dank smell of a musty room with dirty carpeting came to mind. The ottoman had a deep slash in the leather top, exposing the foam stuffing. The 2 queen beds were made with just a top and bottom sheet with no comforters nor blankets. Just the top sheet was all it had. We were given 2 bath towels but only 1 washcloth & 1 hand towel. There was a tissue holder with no tissue. There were no shampoos, no hairdryer. The bath tub was very scratched-up & dingy. We saw a couple of fleas in the room and realized this property advertised as pet-friendly (thus the fleas). When asked about an ice machine, the front desk clerk advised us that the refrigerator in our room had an ice maker. It did but it was turned off. After turning it on, we got 6 cubes of ice after 2 hours. Again, had i been a better consumer, i would have read the reviews and the property amenities more closely and chosen somewhere else to stay. There is no breakfast, the pool exists but is drained and off-limits. There's a fitness center but is closed and not working. Shame-on the management/owners. Even without amenities, at the very least, you should provide a clean and comfortable room with decent bedding and toiletries. These are the basics!

The bed covers were white with stains and the air co ditioning would not stop working. The 2nd floor smelled like a kennel. I had to ask to be changed to another room on 1st floor. Everything was gross and old. I had to sleep with my clothe on and on top of the bed. In the morning I went to take a shower there waa no hot water. Even though the room was very close to front desk the internet waa super slow. I would never go back. I wanted to leave when i got there but I could not get my money back. Horrible place.

Not kid friendly

I complained about dogs barking and the people had their door open 3 times and nothing was done about it. I had 2 babies and we were kept up because the dogs kept barking. I asked for towels and never received them. Worst hotel I've ever stayed at.

Dirty sheets, nasty a** pillows, disgusting carpet. Both the restroom sink and toilet were clogged. Furniture was old and run down. AC was broken. Plus we had a little visitor, "Mr Cucaracha(Roach) peep his head out a couple of times. Sorry to say but we got what we paid for. Do not recommend to anybody not even if your homeless.

Run dont walk to stay away

There was no Air Conditioner so we slept in the car the 2nd night as it was to unbearable. We also vouldnt get anything other than hand towels as thry said they ran out so we had to go and purchase towels and purchased a fan. This was the worst accomadations Ive ever had since being on deployment. I having it posted in the Base papers to tell their out of town guest to stay away from this location.

Was ok fast check in the lady there when checking in was very nice very polite over all with her customer service was good no towels on arrival and pool not working
