Had I read the reviews on this property, I would not have chosen it. The room I had for the 2 of us was a large room with a full kitchenette. However, as we walked in, the dank smell of a musty room with dirty carpeting came to mind. The ottoman had a deep slash in the leather top, exposing the foam stuffing. The 2 queen beds were made with just a top and bottom sheet with no comforters nor blankets. Just the top sheet was all it had. We were given 2 bath towels but only 1 washcloth & 1 hand towel. There was a tissue holder with no tissue. There were no shampoos, no hairdryer. The bath tub was very scratched-up & dingy. We saw a couple of fleas in the room and realized this property advertised as pet-friendly (thus the fleas). When asked about an ice machine, the front desk clerk advised us that the refrigerator in our room had an ice maker. It did but it was turned off. After turning it on, we got 6 cubes of ice after 2 hours. Again, had i been a better consumer, i would have read the reviews and the property amenities more closely and chosen somewhere else to stay. There is no breakfast, the pool exists but is drained and off-limits. There's a fitness center but is closed and not working. Shame-on the management/owners. Even without amenities, at the very least, you should provide a clean and comfortable room with decent bedding and toiletries. These are the basics!

I’m only giving a 1 star review because of a HUGE SAFETY CONCERN. Multiple times the staff rekeyed our room keys WITHOUT VERIFYING our ID. It wasn’t just one person it was multiple staff members which makes me question if the management is properly training on the severity of what could happen.

I really enjoyed my stayed here for our Legoland trip. Great place to stay with kids for the night. The luggage cart was a bonus! Our room was nice and clean.

Publié le 7 sept. 2024 sur HotelsThe first room had cockroaches all over the room. The second room had a broken AC and the trash hadn’t been dumped from the previous guests. The blanket had a large stain on it.
The front desk receptionist tried his best to help but he ended up refunding someone else’s room when we told him we were leaving. He also didn’t tell us the main AC was broken down until we left.

The pool was drained and closed. The room and furnishings were old and soiled. The carpet felt wet as if it was cleaned right before we got there, which also contributed to an awful smell.
