Facility great but had a joining room with a family who had minor children and the noise and echo of all their movements prevented us from sleeping.

Turned me away even though i told them i was turned away from the westin for being pansexual and that the cops were called on me. I even told them im trying to escape an abusive situation and they did nothing and were rude to me

Peaceful Oasis

It was nice. We liked the pool area, but on our second night there was so much noise in the hall, we could not sleep.

Not good
Publié le 24 juill. 2024 sur HotelsThe bellman/ valet is completely useless. They didn’t even acknowledge that we arrived and when we asked for a luggage rack, he said no!
Then when we asked for his help, he came and dropped a luggage rack to us .
Wow…
Once we complained, they were ready to smile and acknowledge us.
Sad.
We won’t be staying here again.
