Need to have better check in/out process
The gas stove/microwave didn't work (something wrong with the breaker); there was not a house book to give directions for what to do with check in and out procedures; was told I received check in out email with code, but did not receive this, I had to call for the code to get into the place, had no idea how to open the gate to get out. There were no directions for clean up; paid extra for hot tub to be turned on, but had to call after 5pmm to ask to have it turned on, was there less than 24 hours, it should have been heated upon arrival. Was disappointed that the gas stove didn't work and there was no offering to come fix it, we weren't able to cook our meal. That was a very big let down and there was no apology or acknowledgment by Daniel about the inconvenience. As guests, it would have been nice to even acknowledge the troubles we had with the electricity in the house. For the price we paid for the rental, all electricity should have worked in the house and there should have been better directions for how to work all appliances. It is a nice house but your guests should not have to spend time figuring out how to work things or deal with trying to fix the breaker box. Something you need to work on.
