Cool place which lacks some basic amenities.

I had checked in late in the night due to which I was not served with full meals. It is but natural though due to kitchen closing time but was surprise to know a boiled wasn’t available too. Though, after a lot of fuss I was served nice boiled eggs, and the person in-charge did come to the room apologising about the same. That was a sweet gesture. The room is good but has the AC unit placed right outside the bathroom window which meant I would have the sound from it all night. Breakfast was ok, with a bit of a greasy omelette. The restaurant played the same track “you are not alone” for about 20 min. When asked to change or do something about it there was a radio silence. Again, weird in its own way. The gym was ok with just the basic equipments. I won’t complain though as not many would be using it anyway. When asked about the Spa services they weren’t functioning on the same. I did ask them about when would they be operating to which the answer was closed till further Notice. Jacuzzi was seen in one corner with a plastic in it. Felt more like a waste area and less of a leisure equipment. The hotel has no network connectivity which is great but can be troublesome for those who wish to be in touch. To make the matters worst, the Internet isn’t available in the rooms. Weird but so very true and frustrating. The world today wishes to be connected and if you can’t improvise do not promise. Muneer and Avinash were great with all the queries I had.

Even if it was already 7PM , i had to wait for 1hour to checkin. Wardrobes were not in working condition.

Good hotel in quiet location south goa

Whilst a little away from the beach to hotel was clean, the breakfast was very good and the rooms were comfortable and we'll sized with balcony. Perfect if you are looking for a quiet stay in Goa not too far from nice quiet beaches.

There is no spa. Hotel does not look like the way it is advertise on the website and there are facilities on the website that they say they have that they dont

Sounds Light of Pocket...but just AVOID this hotel

Hotel Rooms Not Clean, Furniture Broken. Air-conditioning not working on 2nd floor Deluxe Room. Pool water was dirty & lack of pool-side beds/seating. In-room service kept mixing my veg food orders and multiple times served non-veg food. Breakfast variety was good, but taste wasn't upto mark. Also replenishment by staff was delayed. Housekeeping guys were only exceptional in their services! Lastly, location is off-beat. No much options to eat or roam around. Hotel do not provide Bicycles/Bikes (not even chargeable basis) which is not fit as its atleast 2kms away from market or beachside.

Avoid this place!

Very unfriendly staff. No customer service awareness at all. Reception staff particularly rude. Worst mattress ever experienced. Mould growing on bedroom wall. Had to ask for toilet paper. Tap fell off the sink when turned on. Dog barking outside the room all night. Shuttle bus from the beach didn't arrive on time. After waiting for 40 minutes ww decided to walk and were halfway to the hotel when it finally showed up. Only positives were plenty of hot water and breakfast ok
