Quick weekend stay
Publié le 2 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe cabin and property were beautiful! We rented it to stay at to do a memorial service for a family member in a nearby town. The amenities are great for families, my adult children even really enjoyed themselves. There were a couple minor issues but we just left a note for the property manager. The one complaint was the two upstairs bedrooms beds were EXTREMELY uncomfortable. But, the cabin was great and we’d definitely recommend it…and would stay again!

Hi Amy, we recently replaced all of the mattresses and they are still a bit stiff and haven't been broken in yet. Apologies for any inconvenience nonetheless!

Remote and Relaxing

Beautiful Property
Publié le 19 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayI cannot say enough great things about this property! My *wife* and I stayed here and got married in June. We had our wedding ceremony outside by the playhouse, and our wedding party stayed with us for the week. This space was absolutely perfect for our group! The grounds were beautiful, the cabin was well stocked and the communication and hospitality from Rita was excellent! Despite it being a long drive for our guests, it was completely worth it! We used the little house as a Photo Booth and the detached garage/barn for the reception/dance area! It was such an amazing experience and I look forward to coming back for anniversaries in the future!
If I had to note one thing that wasn’t perfect, I would say that there were a lot of ants in the cabin, (I think they are carpenter ants), but this is a cabin in the woods so that’s to be expected!
All in all, 10/10 recommend for your large gatherings!
