Equivalent to a 2 or 3 star motel stay
Unfortunately when we first arrived there were 2 dying roaches on the living room floor, and a piece of chewed up gum stuck on the arm of the patio chair. Not a great first impression. You can hear every single step of the people upstairs. It sounded like a stampede all day & night. My throat hurt every night, and would get better when we left. Not sure if it’s an air quality issue or a bug fumigation. The location and parking was great, it was also a big perk to be able to bring the dogs. Overall it felt aged and overpriced. If it was a thousand dollars cheaper, it would have been more in line with the quality of the place.

Perfect Carolina Beach location
This was our first trip to Carolina Beach as a family, and didn't exactly know what to expect. We absolutely fell in love with this beach and will definitely be coming back. Andrew was great to work with and was very prompt with any questions I had. The condo was perfect for our family of (4) and 2 Yorkies. As soon as we stepped foot into the Condo, we could smell the cleanliness and see that the Condo was kept up. Only negative is the stairwell leading up to the Condo. Little smelly, but wasn't horrible. Beach was steps away from the Condo. Parking was ample for 2 vehicles. Easy walking distance to all the action, great restaurants, bars, and shopping. We walked to the Carolina Pier one day, that was a tad long for us, but doable. What we loved most about Carolina Beach, was it's not commercialized and offers a lot of "local" flavor.

Beach trip 2024
The home is clean and as advertised. Had all the things necessary for our stay. Parking is tight and our four runner fit in the assigned parking however my brother in law parked in “guest parking” and someone said there was a threat of being towed so we moved it to a friends house. Pool is shared by multiple units so we did not partake in that ..beach access and area is amazing ..we come to Carolina beach every year and stay in different spots ..this area is one of our favorites .walking distance to most places ..we did rent a golf cart and used it to go most places …only negative I would say is upstairs had children who did make noise however we understood kids are going to do that ..overall great experience !

Perfect Location and Comfortable
Location was perfect. The bed we slept on was really comfortable which was a nice surprise as VRBOs rarely have comfy beds. Condo was well stocked and appointed except for one thing. The pans to cook with were terrible. We always make breakfasts when we vacation and not one pan was good enough for cooking an egg on. Other than that, everything was perfect. Owner is very friendly and helpful. Would stay again but bringing my own skillet :)

We live in Raleigh and We really enjoyed our stay. We were rained out a few of the days we booked - which you chance with a North Carolina beach - but the view of the ocean made up for being stuck inside. I also highly advise booking before Memorial Day as the town was busy enough but not slammed with many out-of-towners.

The location of this condo is excellent! Private beach access right outside and a short walk to the boardwalk and some restaurants. The condo itself was really nice. Very spacious and clean and access to beach chairs and sand toys was a nice bonus. I love that it’s dog friendly also!! The owner was very quick to respond to questions and made sure everything taken care of. Would definitely stay here again.

Great getaway
Andrew is very quick to respond to any questions and follows up to ensure you are satisfied. Comfortable bed and linens, nice updated decor and appliances. Easy beach access. As with all of these types of condos, the interior hallway/stairs are noisy. Was great to be able to bring dog. Only 1 other group was staying in the building, could be tricky if all units were occupied (parking, noise). But would stay here again.
