Spectacular non smoking beach house. Highly desirable location. Located two blocks from the main beach access (the boardwalk) and one block from all restaurants. House is 2 bedrooms and 2 bath. Includes 2 queen beds.

This house has a huge yard and tons of parking. We are one block from the Boardwalk which boasts numerous shops and restaurants. Just blocks from the house is the Marina with daily departures on fishing charters, sunset cruises, dinner cruises, and boat rentals. We have a rinse-off area on the back patio. Also, on the back patio we provide a grill. Included are high thread count bed linens and bath towels. All beds have brand new Serta mattress. We provide all luxury linens. The kitchen is fully stocked with all pots, pans, cups, and utensils needed. It also includes a brand new dishwasher, stove, built in microwave, and fridge. We have a new front load washer and dryer for all laundry. This home does not have a detail missed. Perfect tropical feel complete with professional decor.

This house is kept very clean and can be a perfect vacation.

**** Also all rental prices are based on occupancy. I ACCEPTED YOUR RESERVATION BASED ON THE TOTAL PEOPLE ON YOUR BOOKING REQUEST. We have had several problems this year with over occupancy and I just want to be 100% up front the expectation on rental occupancy and guidelines. Children and Babies are considered people and will be counted in occupancy totals. This home sleeps a total of 4 people

We also do not allow pets or smoking.

Excellent Beach Get-Away!!!
My friend and I took a short trip for Raleigh to hang out at the beach. This place is SO adorable and comfortable! It is spotless with comfy beds and 2 bathrooms. It is walking distance (a very short walk) to the beach, 2 coffee shops, a grocery store, and lots of restaurants. The hosts were excellent and helpful! This is an amazing gem at the beach that you won't regret booking!

Location is EVERYTHING!
For a family of four, the size of this home was perfect and the location was out-of-this world! We loved being able to step outside our door and have easy access to a shopping market and then just a block or two over and we had full Carolina Boardwalk access! The host communicated everything in print and by phone- there were no surprises! We are very grateful!

Adorable house in a great location
This house is adorable. Fully renovated and very clean. Owners were very nice and wonderful to deal with. Excellent communication. You could literally park here and never move your car all week if you wanted to. Easy walk to the beach, the boardwalk, lots of bars and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again. Two bedrooms and two full baths. Cute remodeled kitchen with everything you need. Spent a long weekend with my sister, and it was perfect for the two of us.

The location of this property is excellent. The house is very clean and well stocked with items you will need. We stayed with my mother who had a hard time with the steep narrow stairs to enter the house. Although it sleeps 4 people, it is a bit small for eating and resting. One of the bedrooms has the hub for the electronics which has a constant buzzing sound. Overall, it was a good stay.
