Enjoyable stay
Posted Jun. 12, 2024 on HomeAwayThe house was perfect for my family. Enoyed the layout and the patio area. Very clean, wonderful kitchen. The showers were zero step, so no worries about loosing balance. The only complaint I have is the location pin was near the beach and we were 6 blocks from the beach, so walking to the boardwalk was a 30-40 minute walk from the house instead of a 10 minute walk

location misleading
Posted Aug. 2, 2023 on HomeAwayOverall impression; this was a nice house. It had all the amenities as described. The bikes and beach equipment were a nice plus. The outdoor seating area was comfy. However, I don't think the house had been vacuumed prior to our arrival as there was a lot of hair on the floor in the master bedroom and bath. There also was some food on the rug in the living room. Finally, the location was not as close to the beach as you were led to believe in the description of the property.

Surf cabin
Posted Jul. 18, 2023 on HomeAwayThis cottage is super! It was well stocked with bikes and beach gear! It looked exactly as photos advertised and was incredibly clean. The location is probably a 10 minute walk from beach; however, we enjoyed being near the greenway to ride the bikes. The back deck was amazing and we enjoyed sitting outside in the evening. This is perfect for a family vacation. We loved the attention to detail and the surf decor was spot on. Easy communication with property management. We would definitely love to rent again!

Loved the house
Posted Jun. 26, 2023 on HomeAwayIt is a lovely property, not quite as close to the beach as we had thought. This is a duplex and the neighbors have a dog that you can hear bark through the walls
