Great Place!

Right by the North pier and we got enjoy love music Thursday and Friday night without leaving the condo, just sit out on the porch with a cup of coffee with the waves crashing and enjoying the evening! Great for just steps away from walking on the beach.

We enjoyed our stay and loved the location but I dont think the cleaner had done a great job. We found several things that was left from a previous guest in the bathroom and bedroom. This was not the hosts fault at all. The host was great! Just think the cleaner needs to do a better job and a good deep cleaning on the property.

Dan was absolutely wonderful anytime we needed help with a question he was a text or a phone call away.

Great for peaceful stay

Host was very nice and you can tell he cares about his guests and his vacation property. The fresh flowers were a nice touch. Will definitely consider staying again.

Location! Ocean! Dogs!

We love the proximity to the CB North End where our dogs are welcome year round. The ocean is across the street. This trip, the pier was on point! Live reggae band- had front row seats from the balcony, good food. On your way in, pick up seafood & veggies at Seaview & take advantage of the well-stocked kitchen.
If you want bougie, not here. If you want a dog-friendly ocean front ish, great location with the basics—this is it. Dan is very helpful & provides great local recommendations..
