Great location and set up for large groups
Publié le 28 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe love our stay at this house. We invited both of our families and needed a place large enough to accommodate everyone. This was perfect. It was nice to be right on the beach but have the option to use the pool as the water was a little rough when we were there. TWe walked to the boardwalk

Thank you. Having built a private boardwalk directly from the house/pool to the beach has made it so much more convenient for our guests.

Overall a wonderful place
Publié le 16 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe had 18 people and had both houses . Plenty of room for all. The one thing I did not like is the number of beach chairs . They were more like camping chairs . Had i known I would of brought some of my own . Overall we had a wonderful time . Thank you

Thank you. We have a storage area where we keep stadium style chairs (plus other items) for guest's beach use. Please call us because sometimes chairs go missing from previous guests and we don't always notice during our turn-over timeframe. We will bring over additional chairs by request. Thanks, Ian

Great location!

Family Beach Vacation

The property had plenty of room is located right off the beach and the private pool was a wonderful addition. Property manager was very receptive and and accommodating to any potential needs! My family member all loved the location. I would definitely recommend Sandy Dunes for a large family vacation destination.

Thank you. The private boardwalk from the house/pool, directly onto the beach has proven to be a big success. Also, the beach area in front of the house is not a busy (being a residential area) offering plenty of space. Ian

Great Stay

Thank you. Sandy Dunes is closer to the Ocean than many other ocean-front beach houses which is great for both ocean views and hearing the ocean :)
We work every winter season to keep the house fresh and updated.
The pool is now 2 years old and is a great addition for so many guests to enjoy.

Publié le 26 août 2022 sur HomeAwayWe were disappointed that the two living spaces in the duplex where not on the same level. The storage areas on the ground floors needed to be cleaned out. There was a lot of accumulated junk.

We do clean out the the storage area at the end of summer season, or when we have a gap in-between guests. Since we added the private Pool and board-walk for beach access we had no gaps.
Previous guests leave additional items which they purchase during their stay, however some guests like to use them at the beach.

Great Location, Jessica and Justin were very prompt with our needs. Definitely would recommend it.
