Thank you. Towards end of season there is some wear and tear albeit we have professional cleaning during each turn-over.
During the Winter season we perform a deep clean, paint etc. and upgrades ready for next year, to ensure we keep a high standard throughout.

Beach Vacation

Stove does not work properly and the outdoor grills are unusable they are so dirty. While we made the best of it I certainly hope
The owners consider making some improvements because it’s a wonderful location

We did everything we could after the heavy rain/storm. I already have the remaining work lined-up in October to correct the other items.
The grills are changed each year, but being oceanfront, they do rust within days (not weeks) of purchase. But glad you enjoyed! Ian

Carolina Beach House Beautiful Settings
Publié le 28 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayOur stay was wonderful. Writeup and pictures were accurate. Sunrise views over ocean, close to restaurants and other things to do. Some furniture in living area was a little worn, bathrooms looked recently updated, comfortable beds.

This year we remodeled the bathroom, touch-up paint throughout and added some additional polywood chaise lounge chairs around the pool. Ian

60th Birthday Beach Bash
Publié le 18 mai 2023 sur HomeAwayI celebrating my 60th birthday at this gorgeous home with a group of amazing friends. We truly enjoyed our time here and the location of this house. The views from the balconies were amazing, and we easily walked to dinner one evening. We are already making plans to return here next year. Thank you!

But there. Were a few issues.the bathroom which was shared with two rooms.this was totally moldy shower curtain and the floor of the shower was moldy unexceptable.the place is tired could use a new paint job..kitchen sink facet needs to be fixed

There is no mold. The 4th (Lower) bathroom shower base has a stain on the bottom (it's cleaned). I'm going to try another cleaning option and if that doesn't work, I'll replace the whole shower.
The kitchen was remodeled March 2023 (last month), with new granite countertop and faucet. The plumber had not fully tightened the faucet, but it is tightened now. Thanks for letting us know.
I know the area that you are talking about for repainting, we have that planned next week. We have done some painting, but didn't have time to finish before your arrival, although the area is quite small.

Just right

The sea turtle hatchlings were a bonus! Property owners are very easy to communicate with. Hated to have to pack up and head home. Thanks for a memorable 50th.
