Perfect NYE

The location was within walking distance to the beach and many local eateries. Places that required a drive were all a short distance away.
The cottage was well appointed with a very comfortable bed, clean linens, immaculate throughout.
Joe and Michelle are very conscientious about what their guest may need upon arrival as well as the first few days of their visit.
I would definitely recommend anyone enjoying some time at the coast to look into the Little Blue Cottage. I will definitely be looking to stay again.

Lil blue cottage was adorable
Publié le 6 nov. 2023 sur HomeAwayThis place is perfect for two people! Hang Ten restaurant was a house down from us, making getting food easy and the beach was just a 2-3 minute walk!!! It comes with a lot of features like Netflix, good wifi and a informative book about what to do in Carolina beach and how far the walk is! I would definitely stay at the blue cottage again!

Small, quaint place
Publié le 6 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe Blue Cottage is a great little getaway about 4 blocks away from the beach with several local restaurants nearby. Easy to get in and out of, comfortable furniture and bed, plenty of kitchen space and utensils. Look forward to our next visit to Carolina Beach!!!

Lovely Getaway from Everything
Publié le 26 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe cottage is cozy, modern, and private. The perfect alternative to a nice hotel. We wanted something more modern than a typical beach property, but still within our budget and privacy desires. We had a great stay- love the kitchen space and the king-size bed, as well as the two TVs. Easy walk to the lake, the beach, and several great restaurants.
If we had even one minor comment, it was that we weren't used to the bamboo shade types on the windows and weren't totally certain we couldn't be seen from outside at nighttime. We blocked out our bedroom windows with towels for extra comfort and privacy- maybe a consideration for the future.
Thank you for a fantastic stay and great responsive care when we had questions. We will be back for a future stay!

Perfect Getaway!

Grateful for a dog-friendly house and we enjoyed meeting lots of other vacationing pups nearby :) We will definitely be back!

Terrific Cottage
Publié le 9 août 2023 sur HomeAwayMy wife and I stayed with 2 dogs. The owners, cottage, neighborhood, and town are super dog friendly. Terrific walking areas including lake park. The cottage is located within a 10-15 walk of beach (5 star/5) and several restaurants (3-4 star/5). You need to bring all your own beach stuff. Bathroom and kitchen have everything you need. Well maintained. Two window type ac worked fine end of July. King bed is super comfy in a large bedroom. As is common in rentals the lighting is terrible but property is clean quiet and private with lots of windows and front and back doors. Electronic access is convenient… no keys to keep up with. Will return!
